For 16 days of Activism the SAJBD chose action 💜✊
Our team joined hands with TEARS Foundation to pack comfort bags for boys and girls who have experienced rape or abuse. The initiative aims to not only spread awareness about GBV but also to make a meaningful difference to those suffering.
Last week brought powerful moments of unity and hope. 🌟
The SAJBD proudly participated in two major interfaith gatherings, the Faith–Governance Conference hosted by the and the Gauteng Ethics & Anti-Corruption Council.
These gatherings reminded us that South Africa’s diverse faith communities are deeply committed to working hand-in-hand. Together, we can build a more ethical, compassionate, and united South Africa. 🤝🇿🇦✨
Thank you to the City of Johannesburg for painting over the very antisemitic graffiti outside the Johannesburg Holocaust and Genocide Centre. The SAJBD approached the City of Johannesburg after antisemitic graffiti had been painted in clear violation of the city's bylaws.
